Airline Interview Preparation Course

Our Airline Interview Preparation Course is meticulously designed to equip aspiring pilots with the knowledge, techniques, and mindset needed to excel at airline interviews and simulator assessments.

Purpose and Goals

This course is a very prestigious preparation designed to meet the requirements of the biggest Airlines Companies. It is a complete training package for obtaining the necessary skills in order the candidate to be able to attend an Interview and request for a job position, as a Professional Commercial Pilot.

Course Structure

Aptitude & Compass Test: 2 hours Advanced test and 8 hours of psychotechnical and psychometric tests.
HR Pilot Preparation: 3 hours hours preparation on specific questions based on the questions that the airlines include in their interviews.
Training: 05 hours technical training on SIM (FNPT II) or on the appropriated computer system (if needed).
Internal Exams: 5 hours written exams, 2 hours Simulator Assessment and 1 hour debriefing.

Requirements

License holder: The candidate must be a holder of at least CPL or ATPL frozen.
Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 medical certificate is necessary to ensure the candidate meets the health standards for commercial pilots.
Language Proficiency: The candidate must be a holder of EASA Language Proficiency Level 4 (at least).

Duration and Cost

The course duration is one week. The cost of the Airline Interview Preparation Course is 4.000€.

Upon successful completion, graduates will be well prepared and skilled to directly attend an interview in an airline and apply for a pilot position.
