This estimated timeframe serves as a general guideline rather than a fixed commitment.The actual duration of each program may differ according to the candidate's personal availability, study pace, and academic performance throughout the course.

As a result, the completion period can be shorter or longer than the estimated average, depending on the individual's progress and ability to meet the program requirements. This flexibility allows candidates to complete their studies at a pace that best suits their personal and professional commitments.

To support students relocating for their flight training, our Academy offers CAMPUS options for candidates from Greece and around the world. Accommodation can be arranged as part of the student's training package, providing a comfortable and convenient living environment throughout the training period.

The Academy cooperates with selected accommodation providers and offers fully furnished and equipped apartments that are ready for immediate occupancy. Depending on availability and personal preference, candidates may choose between private and shared accommodation.

The cost of accommodation varies according to the selected option (private or shared apartment) and the duration of the stay. Our admissions team will provide detailed information on the available options, pricing, and booking arrangements upon request, ensuring that each candidate can choose the solution that best suits their needs and budget.

We recommend arranging accommodation before the start of the training program to ensure availability and a smooth transition upon arrival.

A valid medical certificate is a mandatory requirement for admission to all of our pilot training programs. The purpose of the medical examination is to ensure that each candidate successfully undergoes both physical and psychological assessments, confirming that they meet the medical standards required to safely perform the duties of a professional or private aircraft pilot.

For candidates pursuing a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), an EASA Medical Class 1 Certificate is required. This certificate can be obtained from any EASA-approved Aero Medical Centre (AeMC) located within an EASA member state.

In Greece, the EASA Medical Class 1 examination is available at the 251 General Aviation Hospital (251 General Air Force Hospital) and the Athens Aviation Center "KAI" (GR AeMC 16001). The hospital is located at Panagiotis Kanellopoulos Avenue, Athens 115 25 (formerly Katehaki), approximately 250 meters from Katehaki Metro Station.

The Class 1 medical assessment is generally completed over two days. During these days, candidates undergo psychometric and psychological evaluations, as well as the required medical examinations conducted by the various specialist clinics.

Upon successful completion of all examinations, the EASA Medical Class 1 Certificate is issued, provided the candidate meets the applicable medical standards.

For candidates applying for a Private Pilot Licence (PPL), an EASA Medical Class 2 Certificate is required. This certificate may be obtained either from an EASA-approved Aero Medical Centre (AeMC) or from an EASA-authorised Aeromedical Examiner (AME) in any EASA member state. The Class 2 medical examination is generally less extensive than the Class 1 assessment while still ensuring that the applicant meets the necessary medical fitness requirements for private flying.

The Academy provides the following transportation services for the convenience of its students:

• Transportation between Markopoulo and Megara by the Academy's minibus, with a minimum of two scheduled transfers per week. This service is available upon request and is organized according to the student's approved flight training schedule, subject to prior planning and vehicle availability.
• Daily transportation between Megara Railway Station and Pachi Airport (LGMG). The Academy's minibus collects students from Megara Railway Station early each morning and transfers them to the airport before the start of the training activities. At the end of the training day, the return transfer from Pachi Airport to Megara Railway Station is also provided, ensuring convenient daily transportation for students using public transport.

International candidates who are nationals of non-Schengen countries are required to obtain a Greek National Student Visa (Type D) before entering Greece for the purpose of flight training. This visa must be issued by the Greek Embassy or Consulate in the applicant's country of residence.

Once the candidate has completed the registration process with the Academy, we will provide all the necessary supporting documentation required for the visa application. These documents include the official Letter of Acceptance, proof of enrolment, payment receipt and any additional documentation requested by the Greek authorities.

To enable the Embassy to issue the required visa procedure, a deposit equivalent to one-third (1/3) of the total tuition fees must be paid. This payment is a mandatory requirement for the completion of this procedure.

The processing time for a Type D Student Visa may take up to three months, although the exact duration depends on the individual case and the administrative procedures carried out by the competent Greek authorities. For this reason, applicants are strongly advised to begin the visa application process well in advance of their intended course start date to avoid unnecessary delays.
